Two cash-in-transit heist accused denied bail

Two of the three armed robbery suspects,  Anele Dangala, 32, and Luthando Klaas, 35, who stand accused of robbing a cash-in-transit van while it was delivering money in a Fort Beaufort store ATM on May 1, were this week denied bail by the local magistrate’s court.
This is while their co-accused, Thobani Maduduma, 29, from KwaDwesi township in Port Elizabeth, chose to abandon his bail application. 
This development comes while police last week arrested a fourth suspect allegedly involved in the brazen heist, a brother to one of the three men in custody.
Mkhuseli Dangala, 31, who was arrested by the Hawks in Port Elizabeth last Thursday, appeared for the second time in Fort Beaufort Magistrate’s Court today and will formally apply for bail on Monday...
