A video clip of US President Donald Trump referring to Apple CEO Tim Cook as “Tim Apple” during the businessman’s visit to the White House has gone viral.
Trump was speaking at an American Workforce Policy Advisory Board meeting on Wednesday, seated alongside Cook and Ivanka Trump, the president’s daughter.
“We appreciate it very much Tim Apple,” Trump said. The CEO simply nodded.
The video, uploaded by Sean O’Kane, a senior correspondent for media network The Verge, now has more than five million views and 40,000 retweets.
