Beacon Bay mother-of-two Sarvam Iyapian-Moonsamy is one of thousands of Buffalo City Metro (BCM) residents to endure endless water issues. She has always paid her bills on time and been careful to watch her water usage, but in the past year she has seen the amounts on her accounts skyrocket. Iyapian-Moonsamy has had enough. AMANDA NANO spoke to her.
