The Provincial Department of Human Settlements (PDoHS) is calling upon all approved beneficiaries for Individual
Housing Subsidy to urgently contact the department. This is regarding outstanding documentation for the finalization
of their transactions which makes it impossible for the department to process payments.
These beneficiaries were approved between 1995 and 2017 calendar years and were based in Nelson Mandela
Bay Metro (NMBMM) and Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipalities (BCMM). The following beneficiaries are urged to
contact the Provincial Department of Human Settlements within twenty-one working days (21) commencing from the
date of advert. Failure to do so will result into cancellation of their transactions:
