Qualification
• Purchase supply of products/materials or Equivalent Qualification.
Work Experience
• 10 years’ experience in construction
• Sourcing suppliers, procurement administration
• Responsible for processing, purchasing, transactions for equipment, materials, supplies, capital goods and services for the group of the company
• Ensure products/services are delivered on time and meet required standards
• Valid driver’s license

Qualification
• Minimum 3 Year National Diploma in Labour Relations or Human Resources(NQF level 6)
Work Experience
• 10 years’ experience in construction industry or related role preferred

Qualification
• Responsible for reporting
• Maintaining and updating of information regarding vehicles
• Responsible for all investigations regarding vehicles
• Issuing of fuel cards
• Ensuring regular checks and upkeep of vehicles
• Manage workflow and availability
• Manage the service providers serving the vehicles
• Registration of vehicles
• Train colleagues on car policy and fuel card usage
• Manage expiring leases
• Draw all logbooks from drivers for tax purposes

POSITION:
TENDER ADMINISTRATOR x2
(CONTRACT)
Qualification
• Coordinating the detailed content/ requirements to be included as part of the tender documentation with the relevant procurement team members
• Assist with key tender milestones in concert with tender administration processes to ensure they are accurately completed in order to meet deadlines
• Manage tender correspondence in line with internal and external guidelines
• Accurate inputting of tender milestone dates into the Tender Lifecycle Tracker.
• Publish Contract Award Notices in OJEC in a timely fashion.
• Support and manages tenders flowing to and from E-Tenders.
• Manage the storing of all documentation relating to tenders
• Liaising with Supply Chain Category Management and Capital Work teams across Gas Networks Ireland, Ervia Business Services and Irish Water as necessary in support of the tender process.
• Raise potential risks and issues in relation to the tender process as necessary
• Any other duties as required.
