Best friends and foodies Abraham (AB) van Zyl, 34, and Michelle (M) Theron, 35, won Season 4 of My Kitchen Rules SA with their flavourful menu of curried sweet potato stack, leg of lamb with corn and a brandy and Coke dessert that blew the judges away. They spoke to BARBARA HOLLANDS about how food brought them together, their plans for a recipe book and their biggest blunder in the show.
