Staff provide ‘best service’, despite appalling conditions.

DESPITE the fact that it is falling apart, Hamburg Clinic in the coastal village of the same name is the clinic of choice for most locals. Established in the early 1980s the clinic operates from an old house in the village.

“But it had cracks already, from the foundation to the roof,” said a nurse at the clinic, who asked not named for fear of losing her job.
