A prominent Eastern Cape lawyer has been arrested by the Hawks on allegations of fraud.
Hawks national spokesman Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi confirmed the arrest. He however did not want to identify the lawyer as the lawyer still has to appear in court.
However the lawyer, who has been implicated in various controversies, is known to DispatchLive.
