Tornado one win away from ABC Motsepe League playoffs
Tornado only have to win one more game to book their ticket to the ABC Motsepe League playoffs set for Cape Town in June.
The Mdantsane-based defending champions beat Bizana Pondo Chiefs 1-0.
The result was a tough one against a relentless Chiefs, who was also desperate to stay in the fight for the title race but they are now out of it after the loss.
Tornado have 66 points while Mthatha Bucks sit on 65 points in the league table.
