BCM service charges to spike by nearly 10%

Ratepayers in Buffalo City Metro will pay nearly 10% more for water, electricity, refuse and sewerage in a month.
Council yesterday approved average hikes of 9% for water, refuse and sewerage, and 6.84% for electricity.
