Controversial Umhlobo Wenene DJ Mthobeli ‘KCI’ August has gone through a lot in life‚ but despite all of his troubles he has said that he is happier than ever before.
Speaking to Drum magazine‚ KCI said that while he is single he isn’t particularly looking for a relationship.
“I’m single and I’m just enjoying life. Even if I was to die right now‚ I would die a happy man.”
KCI was without work for several year after being fired from the station. He didn’t have money and returned home‚ but he told the magazine that the experience humbled him.
He returned to Umhlobo Wenene but controversy has still followed him after it was confirmed that there were issues between himself and co-host Luyanda Gidane.
Despite the drama‚ KCI has cemented his name in the radio world becoming a firm favourite with listeners.
