Death toll up in bus accident

The death toll on the Ngcobo bus accident has risen to 10. 

Passengers, including three children were confirmed dead on the scene. 

Some of the survivors are being rushed to hospitals. 

Department of health spokesman Sizwe Kupelo said the number might rise as the emergency personnel are still using jaws of life to free the entrapments. 

Kupelo said, the bus belonging to Vaal Maseru was travelling from Gauteng to Mthatha.
