Police move in an arrest 18 Mlungisi demonstrators

A large police force moved in on stone-throwing Stutterheim youths and made 19 arrests on Wednesday.
Police from 13 stations are in the town. No injuries were reported.
The arrests came after the Mlungisi Commercial Park shopping centre was torched earlier on Wednesday.
Many shops were looted at the town's Mlungisi township.
Dispatch saw looters, some barely 10, running with basic foodstuff under their arms.
Two youths were seen struggling with a zinc bathtub packed with rice, oil, flour, sugar, samp and beans.
King William's Town police cluster commander Luntu Ngubelanga said most of the arrested were the youth. "They will appear in court soon," said Ngubelanga.
