Armed gang robs Boxer store in Elliotdale

A Boxer store in Elliotdale was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money by armed gunmen who stormed the shop during the early hours of Monday morning.
Butterworth cluster police spokesperson Captain Jackson Manatha said the robbery took place around 2am.
"I can confirm that at an ungodly hour, a group of armed men robbed the store of an undisclosed amount of money," he said.
"At this point in time, we are investigating a business robbery case."
Manatha declined to comment on how the robbers had gained entry into the store saying some details were "too sensitive" at this stage and could jeopardise police investigations.
He said police believed that between 10 to 12 men were behind the robbery at the store...
