A husband was granted R2000 bail today for allegedly stabbing his wife and fatally wounding another man.
Siyabulela Fakade, 36, appeared in the eNgcobo Magistrate’s Court charged with the murder of Abongile Tsengiwe, 32, and the attempted murder of Thandiwe Fakade, 36.
Police spokeswoman Captain Namhla Mdleleni said the cases follows an incident in eNgcobo, where the man allegedly stabbed the deceased first and then his wife.
The case was postponed to July 26 for further investigations.
